Customer Notice – Upcoming Heatwave

Due to the forecast heatwave, with temperatures expected to reach up to 38°C during our four self-driven delivery days, we will be reviewing our delivery process for the coming week.

As our vehicles can carry over 200 gallons of maggots and 100kg of worms at any one time, prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures may affect the condition of our livestock. While we take every precaution possible, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses caused by these exceptional weather conditions during transit.

To help protect the live baits, we may need to:

* Shorten delivery routes where possible.
* Introduce temporary collection points in place of some shop deliveries until temperatures return to normal.

Customers will be informed of any changes to their delivery arrangements on:

* Monday 22nd for Tues/Weds deliveries.
* Tuesday 23rd for Thurs/Fri deliveries.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we put the welfare of our live baits first during this period of extreme weather.
