AJM Electrical Services (SW) Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team!

We are a friendly, established electrical and renewable energy company specialising in solar PV, battery storage and electrical installations.

🔧 The Role:

* Assisting with solar PV and battery storage installations
* Supporting our electricians with electrical works
* Working on domestic and commercial projects
* Ensuring work is completed to a high standard
* Working as part of a friendly, experienced team

☀️ What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in solar PV installations is highly desirable
* Electrical experience would be an advantage
* Practical, hardworking and willing to learn
* Reliable, punctual and a good team player
* Comfortable working at heights
* Full UK driving licence preferred

Next Sunday, Aaron will be taking on the incredible challenge of Ironman Wales in Tenby, a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike ride and a full marathon to finish! 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Alongside all the months of training, early mornings and sacrifices, Aaron is hoping to raise as much money as possible for the charity: 2wish.

Our dear friends tragically lost their little girl, and 2wish were there to support them through an unimaginable time. The charity provides vital bereavement support to families affected by the sudden and unexpected death of a child or young person.

If you’re able to donate however small, we would be incredibly grateful. Every donation will help 2wish continue to be there for families when they need support most.

This customer is now generating their own clean electricity with a premium solar and battery storage system, helping to reduce energy bills while taking greater control of their home's energy use.

This installation included:
✅ 14 × Solarwatt solar panels
✅ Tesla Powerwall 3 with Tesla Gateway
✅ BirdBlocker protection to help prevent birds nesting beneath the panels

📊 Estimated annual generation: 5,832 kWh in the first year, with a gradual reduction over time as is normal with all solar panels.

This system includes 8x SOLARWATT panels with a Fox inverter and storage system. It is estimated to generate 3,326kWh per year!!
