We've been busy trying to diversify in these testing times, particularly without grapes to harvest this year, whilst keeping true to our values of using home grown produce. So, whilst not the finished product yet we wanted to share with you our latest new product development, a Raspberry Liqueur, with hints of hedgerow and Basil. For those of you who do pop by, we can offer you a quick taste (COVID-19 protection measures implemented) for you to provide feedback before we complete our final refinements. This liqueur is distilled on site and will be made from our home grown raspberries, hedgerow foraged produce, and garden herbs. So please let us know what you think.

Despite all the weather that's been thrown at us this week, whether it be hail, driving rain, strong winds, or high temperatures, and breaking two forks in the rock hard soil, we've managed to replant vines in all the gaps in Kings Yard. Hopefully soon you will be able to stroll around the recovered vineyard, sampling our products during one of our open day events or guided tours.

I am so flattered by your interest in what we do, the fantastic feedback you have given us on our products, and also by the number of you that have returned to our shop for more. I can't tell you how sad I am to have to post this sign here and in our shop window until we have more product. Thank you ever so much for your custom. It is a real pleasure to share with you our contribution to local produce that we think this tiny part of the country can be proud of.
