We are delighted to announce that as of the beginning of April 2018, The Beech Centre for People, Performance and Organisational Development has now become the Institute for Organisational Development.

This is a very exciting time for the field of Organisational Development (OD) and the Institute for Organisational Development would like to thank all members, partners, colleagues and friends for their hard work and support in demonstrating the need for a government validated professional body for the field of OD in the UK. The Institute will exist to promote the art, science and professional practice of Organisational Development.

Please feel free to share this news with colleagues in your network and follow our “Institute for Organisational Development” social media pages, where we will post further information over the coming weeks on what this news means for you, our members, your organisation and how you can get involved. We will also be sharing details of our formal public launch on Tuesday 17th April 2018.
