TERRY TAYLOR GARDENS IS BACK...

Good afternoon everyone.

I would like to start by saying a massive thank you to all our customers who have messaged us over the last 2 weeks. Thank you for the love and support you have showed us.
And thanks to you all we have now decided to carry on with our little business.

As from Monday 19th April we will be back up and running...different van but same old Terry 😆. Please inbox only if you would like to book as I don’t always get a chance to check on status. Thanks again and hope to hear from you soon 😘😘😘

!!!WORK SUSPENDED!!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to cancel all work.

We started this business 9 years ago. Not to make a fortune but to help people who couldn’t manage the upkeep of there gardens. We have never put our prices up in 9 years and tried to recycle as much material as we can to help customers keep the prices down.

Over the last year everyone including ourselves have been hit hard with COVID. But we decided to start up again around 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately on Friday someone wrote our van off outside our house. This is about the seventh time in 12 month our vehicles have been hit. (Yes we are insured...imagine if I had claimed every time this happens) simply because some people think our street is a race track.

We haven’t decided if we are going to continue with the business or not. It is something we are thinking very hard about.

The last 9 years we have met some amazing people who have help us by recommending our company and putting lots of work our way. We thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Hopefully in a little while when we sort things out and we realise how much we miss the job we love and our amazing customer we might try again.
At this moment in time we have lost the love and dedication for the business we used to have.

Thank you all so much for making the last 9 years a blast and fingers crossed we will see you all again soon.

**important notice to all customers **

Firstly I would like to apologise to customers for the booking failure over the last couple of month.
As from the 1st July I'm taking over all bookings and I'm also making changes to the way customers book in for jobs. This is because we were using a number of different ways for you to contact the business.
I've also listed a number of changes I will be making to other aspects of Terry Taylor Gardens.

BOOKINGS AND TIMES

We will only be taking bookings between Monday and Friday 10:00 - 5:00 via call or text on 07940094841.
No messages or calls will be answered out of these hours or on private numbers or personal Facebook accounts.
Jobs will not be booked in for weekends or bank holidays. We will use these days as catch up days. In some cases jobs take longer than expected. This could be because of weather, late delivery etc. So we will use these days so it does not interfere with the following weeks bookings.

PRICES

FOR 5+ years our prices have stayed the same. Due to the rise in fuel, insurance, etc. We will be reviewing the prices of all customers gardens over the next couple of weeks.
Only agreed work will be carried out. Any extra will occur a charge.
If you are wanting garden waste taking away there will be an extra charge also.
If you garden is being landscaped and there is a large amount of rubbish to be removed we will either ask customer to provide a skip or we can provide one and cost will be added to the price of job.

CANCELATIONS

If you need to cancel at any point could you please let us know asap. As a lot of our delays are occurring due to calling a number of times and not getting an answer.

QUOTES

We will still try our best to fit quotes in around our customers. But again if you need to cancel or rearrange could you please let me know asap. Our quotes are free but it still cost us in time and fuel to do them.

REGULAR TIDIES

If you are booked in for fortnight, 3 weeks or monthly tidy and decide you do not want it doing at this time, it would be the next time you are due when garden will be done. This is due to the high volume of work and customer we have.

NOTES

Most of our problems we are having at the moment is due to customers telling friends, relatives, neighbours, etc that they will get terry to do there garden when he comes to do there's. PLEASE DO NOT ASK HIM TO DO THIS. It is causing major problems with our bookings and other customers are being let down. All jobs must be booked in via myself.
Also can all customers please drop me a text on new work number with name, address and a contact number.
On a number of occasions we have had problems with Facebook, messenger, etc. So I'm trying to avoid this form of contact if possible.
