Sometimes the most valuable support is simply knowing someone else has carefully checked the details.

Many of the professionals I support are already carrying huge workloads, tight deadlines and emotionally demanding responsibilities.

My job is to provide calm, thoughtful proofreading support that helps reduce some of that pressure — while making sure their work still sounds like them.

I used to think business always had to move quickly.

Faster growth.
More output.
Constant visibility.
Always being available.

But over time — and especially over the past year — I’ve realised that slower doesn’t necessarily mean less successful.

For me, slowing down has created space to become more intentional about:
how I work,
who I support,
and the kind of business I actually want to build long term.

Virtual Time Hustle is evolving into something that feels calmer, more thoughtful and more aligned with both my values and the way I want to work moving forward.

And honestly, that feels like progress to me.

After some time away, I’m slowly returning to Virtual Time Hustle with a much calmer and more intentional approach.

Over the past year, life and health have naturally changed the way I work — and honestly, the way I view business too.

What matters most to me now is creating work that feels thoughtful, sustainable and genuinely supportive for the people I work with.

Virtual Time Hustle continues to offer professional proofreading support, particularly within education and neurodiversity-related fields, but with a much softer pace and clearer sense of alignment behind the scenes.

This return isn’t about rushing.

If you're new here or it’s been a while—hi, I’m Kat 👋
I’m a mum to two amazing boys, and a Frenchie mum too 🐾 I run Virtual Time Hustle - a space where I offer traditional EA-style support and proofreading with a light copy edit (aka the final polish).

🖋️ What I do
I currently support a variety of clients, including dyslexia assessors, by proofreading their reports with care and clarity. I also work with students to fine-tune their dissertations, making sure their words are clear, consistent, and confident. I’m here to make the end result shine, whether it's grammar, structure, or sneaky formatting details.

💻 I also love offering traditional EA-style support - calendars, inboxes, task lists, reminders - quietly behind the scenes, helping others breathe easier and focus on what they actually want to be doing.

💛 Why I love it
There’s something so rewarding about helping people find clarity - whether it’s through words or workflow. I get to use my eye for detail to bring calm to chaos, and that’s a job I truly love.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside (ideally near the water), spending slow days with family and friends, reading by an open fire, or just enjoying some peace and quiet with the pooch 🌊📖🔥
