Winter in the Med looks very different for yacht crew: quieter marinas, cooler days, and plenty of time in the yard. But the off-season is also the best chance to reset, save, and build your career.

Think STCW refreshers, ENG1 renewals, Yachtmaster, AEC 1 & 2, WSET wine courses, Silver Service, and GUEST-accredited interior training. Training providers like UKSA, Bluewater Antibes, Palma Sea School, Warsash Maritime School, YachtCrew.uk
