Keen to support and encourage business in the area, New Forest District Council put forward a plan late in the 1980s to provide ‘easy in, easy out’ premises on short term licences. Government policy prevented district councils from financing the scheme directly, so the NFDC encouraged the formation of the New Forest Industrial Association Ltd. (now New Forest Enterprise Centre Ltd) to raise the required finance and run the project on a near-commercial basis. Planning commenced in 1989 and the design and build contract for a building with 52 units was awarded to R Mansell Ltd. The building was handed over to NFIA on 31st August 1991, and the handing over ceremony was conducted by Michael Colvin MP on behalf of R Mansell Ltd. on 18th October 1991. The official opening ceremony was conducted by Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent on 7th May 1992. Management Team

Another fantastic office unit available at New Forest Enterprise Centre. Unit 35A is 35Sqm and is in the main courtyard area of the centre.
It also offers a dedicated parking space, feature blue wall and tonnes of gorgeous natural lights.

We've got two lovely meeting rooms here, the Oak room which seats up to 12 and the Ash room which seats up to 6. They can be booked in increments of 30 minutes and are available Monday-Friday between 8am and 4.30pm.

This was our pile of donations for last year and we’re hoping to do the same again this year- and top it! We’re working with our friends at to collect as many brand new toys, games, arts and crafts, gloves, socks, toiletries, gifts for teens, puzzles, books and more to go to children who need a Christmas present this year. We’ll be taking any donations no matter how large or small and we’ll be collecting them at the centre until December 17th. Please share and let people know about our collection.

The Blue Office! We love a feature wall!

This wonderful office is available now and has a dedicated parking space alongside use of the other 200 spaces on site, air conditioning for those summer months and is in the main courtyard here at the centre with big windows letting in loads of gorgeous natural light.

You might not even be aware that we had a full refurbishment of our reception and meeting rooms. After 30 years going strong they were in need of a bit of TLC and both we and the licensees are thrilled with the results.

Bartley can now take MOTS bookings again. Most of you will know about the 6 month extension. However, please remember that it is still YOUR responsibility to keep the car roadworthy at all times. Insurance companies do still cover you to legally drive with the 6 month extension. However if you were involved in an accident, and at inspection of the vehicle it was found to be unroadworthy they would not pay out. Is it worth the risk? Check with your insurance company now! Most of our customers have been unaware of this! Please call 02380 661 499 to get your BMW or Mini booked in for MOT!
