One in four of us will experience a mental health problem, but many still feel isolated, ashamed and unable to open up about their lived experience. Time to Talk Day encourages everyone to be more open about mental health – to talk, listen, and change lives.

A new code of practice for Right to Work Checks came into effect this week for employers to establish that an employee has a right to work in the UK.

If the steps within it are followed, employers will have a defence against liability should the employee not have a right to work and will also avoid penalties of up to £60,000 per employee.

Are you unsure where to start? Get in touch with the KUHR team today to give you peace of mind and ensure that you're protected. Contact us at 02382 025160 or at [email protected].
