Three are recognised for living and breathing our company values, while the fourth is chosen by the people around them through our Employee’s Choice Award.

Alongside their place on our Employee of the Month wall, each winner is invited to Harbour Hotel for breakfast with members of the leadership team.

Yesterday, we headed to the Village Hotels for the B2BX Portsmouth event.

Our stand was beaming, the team was ready, and we spent the day meeting businesses from across Hampshire to talk all things comms tech.

TAKING FIELD SALES OFF-ROAD…

Last Friday, our Field Sales team swapped the roads for the racetrack as we headed to London Rally School for a well-earned team day.

With some new faces joining the team recently, it was the perfect opportunity to get everyone together away from the day-to-day, let loose and celebrate all the hard work that's been going in lately.

A DEV DAY OUT TO THE CAPITAL

Last week, our dev team swapped their usual surroundings for a day together in London.

There was sightseeing, team building and plenty of time spent behind the camera - filming and preparing for the release of our latest innovation coming this month.

It was a chance to enjoy the city together, but also a pretty exciting moment for a team that’s spent years planning, building and preparing to bring something new to the telecoms market.
