Full Time Permanent £7.50 per hour

Based in Titchfield. Nr Wickham

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy team of professionals who are passionate about HR.
The Office Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Answering the phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Allocating all email communication from clients to the advisors
• Obtaining references for new employees
• Auditing HR files
• Scanning
• Filing
• Post
• Other ad hoc duties

Our ideal team member will be able to multi task with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be a proactive individual who has strong desire to learn. Excellent communication, organisational skills and an exemplary attention to detail are essential. All applicants will be IT literate and experienced MS Office users. Due to the location of the office, access to your own transport is essential.

Maintenance Operative - ANDOVER - PLC Residential Developer Required to enter occupied properties to resolve maintenance issues such as carpentry, plastering, painting and decorating.
It is preferred but not essential that you own your own hand tools and basic power tools and understand there is a degree of flexibility in your working hours. If you need to finish a repair then you may end up working past your contracted hours but there is an adult approach to managing these additional hours that maybe required.
