Met a lovely lady yesterday with the most beautiful baby! Baby a very light sleeper at 10 weeks and despite being around noise since birth (3yr old sister for one) she wakes at every sound. Have any of you found this with any of your children? It's interesting how very different they all are Cx

Happy Saturday 😊 Kirsty and I are looking into running some sleep training courses for various age ranges. It's likely to be during the day in a local location in small groups. We will cover routine, positive and negative factors, diet and nutrition, bedroom ambiance etc bottles, dummies and anything that you want to talk about. It will be a 5 week course meeting once a week and available via E mail to support you. £50 for the course. Good evening guys! Hope you've all had a great day enjoying some sunshine. Thought for today... We all want it all but we need to be realistic. If your little one is tucked up in bed by 7pm (great) but they are unlikely to need to sleep past 6am! Some of you are super lucky and have real sleepy heads but this would be a night some parents would be delighted with. Try and look at the bigger picture. Sleep well xx
