Following client & internal debriefs on the 2024 festival season we wanted to express our gratitude & thanks to each & every member of the Stambridge team for your ongoing commitment, efforts & consistent hard work.

Our management, supervisory & back of house teams play a massive part in our success, but no more so than the 'boots on the ground' the operational, front of house staff that keep this well oiled machine moving!

🚨 Employee Spotlight: Outstanding Work by Patrick! 🚨

Recently one of valued clients had noticed that some items were missing from one of their sites. Patrick was tasked with investigating to review the CCTV footage for any signs of suspicious activity.
Not only did Patrick find something concerning, but he spent nearly two days carefully tracking an individual going through a detailed process to remove multiple loads of material.
Thanks to Patrick’s thorough investigation, the individual was dismissed, and a wealth of evidence has been handed over to the authorities.

🔴⚫️SUMMER 2024 WRAP🔴⚫️

More than 15 festivals spanning across 5 Months, hundreds of staff deployed, we've travelled by minibus, coach & ferry, from the Somerset countryside to the rolling hills of Ireland, stopping by the seaside town of Brighton & Northern delights of Leeds along the way.

Every year we struggle to find the words appropriate enough to thank every single member of the Stambridge team for their dedication, hard work & experience, when really all we can say is.... 'THANK YOU'

Just like that yet another incredibly successful summer season has passed & the feedback we have received along the way, from clients, crew & festival goers just supports the reputation we have built, a reputation that has determination, commitment, value & core belief at it's roots.

From our superstar back of house team to the hard working boots on the ground, incredibly experienced management & supervisory team & all of our working partners; we couldn't do what we do without every single one of you!

Now as we swap the muddy fields for exhibition centres we reflect on a truly remarkable summer season & plans are already underway for 2025!

🇨🇮 PSA APPROVED & AUDITED🇨🇮

We are incredibly proud to report that following our first PSA licensed deployment at Electric Picnic 2024 we have surpassed all expectations & succeeded with our first on site audit.

The team have worked tirelessly over recent months to secure the PSA license for Stambridge Group & comments received on site from licensing officials & our client are a true testament to the hard work that has gone into the entire process.

A massive thank you to our back of house team, the boots on the ground, Supervisors & managers for helping us to achieve big once again!

🔴⚫️ ULTIMATE TENNIS - ULTIMATE SUCCESS🔴⚫️

We are incredibly proud of the entire events team for delivering not one but two high profile events over the past weekend at ExCeL London

With 'Ultimate Tennis Showdown' & 'Kingdom of Winter' both open & incredibly busy, the team did not falter & ensured full support was given to each other & across the entire venue.

We'd also like to include the other agencies & security teams, including ExCel London for the collaborative approach for the wider venue operation.

Working as a team has always been the Stambridge Ethos & we support that approach in every instance.

📢 CELEBRATING A SUCCESSFUL SUMMER 📢

Over the past few weeks we have been involved in various debrief meetings with our clients, surrounding the 2023 festival season.
We are incredibly proud to announce that each of the debriefs we have taken part in have been extremely positive & act as a direct reflection of the hard work & efforts that our entire team put in, not just delivering the event on site but the pre & post planning & preparation.

We just wanted to thank each & every one of you for making this possible & being with us every step of the way!
