After weeks of work, we are absolutely delighted to release one of our biggest and most important mini-documentary videos so far.

This video celebrates the incredible work of Heather Middleton, who, as many of you will know, has spent many years collecting and studying Smallmouth Sands, Weymouth. She recently donated hundreds of pterosaur remains to The Etches Collection, making an important contribution to our understanding of this remarkable site.

Smallmouth Sands is a unique, important and sensitive location, and one currently undergoing a great deal of research. With this in mind, we worked closely with Heather and Steve Snowball to reflect its importance in our latest release.

We thank them enormously for their help, support and for the imagery used in this video.
