This week is and we wanted to share one of our latest projects with you!

We’re currently working on a number of school booklets for primary school children aged 4-11 in the North East 📚

The booklets have been funded by Durham AAP and form short stories about how Team Solan supports families whose lives have been affected by cancer.

They aim to raise awareness of Team Solan and its services, showing how we support families who are battling a cancer diagnosis and/or bereavement 💜
