It’s Blue Monday today apparently.

First of all, who said society has the power to dictate how today goes for you?

The key to improving your Mental Resilience is to Simplify your life.
This daily process will help with that and enable you to focus on what makes you feel good.

1. Morning Routine - start your day on the front foot by having a few activities that work for you.
Try fresh air, music and meditation if you are struggling emotionally.

2. Purpose - spend some time each day doing the things you love. This helps keep your mindset positive.

3. Be Present - focus your attention on what is right in front of you.
The past has happened and the future is not yet written. All you have is right now so focus on the present moment and enjoy it as much as you can.

Happy New Year!

How many of you have been counting down the days for this?

2020 was a year like no other for us all.
Personally, the opportunity to connect with my children at a deeper level was something I will always be grateful for.
I am also grateful for the time and space to look inside myself, become aware of what needs work and build a plan to change.
For myself, my children and everyone around me.

If you open your eyes and quiet your mind, there will be lots you too can be grateful for.

What experience did you have?
What did you learn?
What opportunity did it create for you?

This year, helping others understand their mind, become more aware, get laser focus on a dream, build a plan, enjoy life more and ultimately attract what they want is my mission.

One step a day, little by little we can all improve any situation we face - even the impact of 2020!

2020 can be whatever you want it to be so this year treat yourself as a priority.

• Listen to your body.
• Feel what is right for you.
• Create a plan.
• Ask for support.
• Make it happen.
