Oak lectern designed, made and finished by myself for the events team at Murray Edwards College.
The European oak and purple heart pin stripes are to tie in with the AV lectern I previously made for the same theatre space. Thanks to for the beautiful photos as always.

Audio visual lectern commissioned by the events department at Murray Edwards college. My brief was to design and make a lectern that not only accommodated the new audio visual controls and equipment but also looked pleasing to the eye, with curves. So, this is what I came up with. I added the purple heart timber stripe to give the piece a pop of colour. This also matched the seats in the auditorium.

Oak chess table I made a few years ago. The chess board is made from American black walnut and American hard maple for a striking contrast. Touch to open drawer at the front to house the chess pieces.
