😍 We love a before and after don’t we… look closely and spot the difference 🧐… it is very subtle in a photo but took 2 weeks solid.

Our most amazing mid-sized office is ready for occupation now after a light but very detailed refurbishment and clean.

LED lighting gives a far cleaner less cluttered suspended ceiling with 18 fluorescent fittings removed and just 8 fitted which use less energy and 5X brighter.

A detailed steam clean to the windows, doors and surfaces. Then finished with 4 coats of durable Matt white paint. Which took forever !! as years of bad paint jobs had to be cleaned, sanded and prepped. So now it looks amazing and newly painted for the first time.

S1 is a temperature controlled affordable premium top floor office with recently serviced air conditioning so keep cool this summer - available now at 648 sq/ft and £1296 plus vat a month fully inclusive of Serviced Office bills.
