Office Angels Staines is currently seeking an Office Administrator to work for an engineering business in Chertsey. This is initially a temporary position, but there could be potential for it to go permanent in the future. You will be working a friendly team in a varied role!

Working hours are 8am – 12.30pm, Monday – Friday, onsite parking.
Temporary, 6 – 8 weeks.

A day in the life of your new role;

Acting as front of house for any customers that visit for meeting
Answering the office phone and screening/taking messages
You will take calls from customers/suppliers and assist with queries
Uploading invoices using Sage 200. Reviewing invoices to see if anything doesn’t look right. Escalating to the Finance team
Managing and booking meeting rooms
Managing and allocating cars/phones to employees
Any other Administration from managers
We’d love to speak to you if you have;

Have used and confident using Sage 200, there is no one to train this software so you must be competent
Computer literate, you will be using Outlook, Excel and Word on a daily basis
Love working in a team environment

As a Recruitment Consultant for Office Angels you will be responsible for

• Being part of a winning culture to ensure that you thrive – built on celebrating success, you will attend and respond to coaching and development as part of our internal training programmes to be the very best in your local market
• Contributing to and following a simple but targeted sales plan to ensure we grow our enviable client base and to provide added value to our existing clients at all stages through the recruitment process
• Account managing the end to end process of recruitment and talent acquisition for our clients – focusing on candidate attraction, CV pre-screening, interviewing applicants, confirming offers of employment and providing interview feedback

Administrator - Weybridge - £20,000 - £25,000

Office Angels Staines is currently seeking an Administrator to work for an international business in their office based in Weybridge. It is an open plan office with a close-knit team, with a fun social area you can use on your break.
Working hours are 9am – 5.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking.

A day in the life of your new role:

• Meet and greet customers, ensuring they feel welcome
• You will answer calls to the office, transferring to the right person and answering queries
• Assisting engineers via phone/email
• Managing the company’s inbox
• Updating and uploading information onto the business system
• Using the business database to add data, high attention to detail
• Supporting team members with Admin
• First point of contact for any facilities

We’d love to speak to candidates who have:

• Experience in an office Admin / Customer Service / Office Assistant position
• You will be used to working with all levels of management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
