We are absolutely thrilled to announce that Stage and Light is officially backing the GY28 Campaign to make Grimsby the UK’s very first Town of Culture in 2028! 🎭✨
From our rich fishing heritage to our thriving music, arts, and creative scenes, Grimsby has an incredible story to tell. Winning this title would put our local creativity firmly in the national spotlight and bring millions of pounds in investment to fund a massive, year-long cultural celebration.
As part of the town's vibrant creative industry, we know firsthand just how much talent, passion, and potential lives right here in our community. We are fully in—are you?
Let’s get behind our town and show the whole UK what Grimsby is made of! 🙌🐟
