The owner of this house hasn't been able to live in it for the past 7 months after a builder conned her out of £1000's and left the house uninhabitable.

I took the job on 7 weeks ago and promised her she'd be able to live in it before Christmas. I'm delighted that tomorrow she'll be moving her things back in so she can enjoy Christmas in her own home.

It's not finished, but it's getting there.
