Big Smiley Face I love tech so you don’t have to 💡| Booking links, email flows + systems that actually work You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

Are you a solo business owner with big ideas…
…but find yourself stuck in a spiral of tech faff and unfinished systems? Maybe your booking link is clunky, your lead magnet is half-done, or you’ve been meaning to set up a proper onboarding process for months. I work with creative, service-based business owners who are brilliant at what they do, but don’t want to spend their time Googling how to fix

a broken email sequence or set up an automation. I offer calm, practical tech support and Done For You services to help you:

🛠️ Set up or streamline your booking system
📩 Automate your lead magnet and welcome emails
🧩 Tidy up your systems and client journey
📅 Fix what’s broken behind the scenes, or finally build the thing that’s been on your to-do list for too long

No drama, no overwhelm, no jargon. Just clear, friendly support to help your business run more smoothly, so you can spend more time doing what you’re actually good at.

I've been away in Turkey for the last 10 days.

Although if you follow me here on LinkedIn, you probably wouldn't know that 😄

Everything carried on as normal thanks to scheduling before I left.

Meanwhile, I was:

People-watching.
Drinking Coke Zero by day, and way too much All Inclusive Prosecco by night
Making the daily decision of 'should we do pool or beach'.

One thing I love about holidays is how life becomes very simple.

Who's going to the bar?

Pool or beach?

What shall we have for tea? Buffet or A la Carte?

Then all of a sudden, you're back home catering to snack requests, letting the dog in and out and wondering if the washing machine is going to survive the sudden activity after nearly 2 weeks of rest🤣

Anyway.

I'm back.

The dog is delighted.

The washing basket is not.

Social media gets the quick thoughts.

My emails get the deeper ones.

The things I’ve been thinking about.
Noticing.
Testing.
Learning.

I write 3 emails a week, so there’s a lot more space to properly tell the story instead of trying to squeeze it into a caption on Socials 😄

If you’re already here for the business observations and slightly chaotic/random real-life examples, you’d probably enjoy them too.

It’s not the busy day that gets you.

It’s the day after...

I love events.

The conversations.
The buzz.
Being around actual people.

But I’ve learnt something.

It’s not the event that throws me off.
It’s the day after.

The slow brain feeling.
The total energy dip.

So now, I plan for that.

- A much quieter day.
- Few or No calls.

Work is the same.

We plan the busy days.
The launches.
The big pushes.

But we forget to plan the bit after.

And that’s usually where things start to feel off.

Not because you’re doing too much.
But because there’s no breathing space around it.

(Next time you plan something busy, plan the day after too!)

The best gigs I’ve ever been to were before mobile phones were a 'thing'

Properly before.

Mosh pits.
Sweaty venues.
Waving lighters in the air.

Nobody filming it.
Nobody taking selfies.
Nobody watching the band through a phone screen.

You just 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 every single moment.

I saw a gig on TV recently and all the people at the front were holding their phones up filming the whole thing.

And I just thought:

This is so weird.

You’ve paid to be THERE, but you’re watching it all through a phone screen.

To the point where now, if I go to a gig, I refuse to take photos or videos 🤣

I want to actually remember it from my own eyeballs.

Not from a shaky clip I’ll never watch again.

And I do think we do this in other parts of life too.

Trying so hard to capture something…
document
optimise
that we stop properly being in it while it’s happening.

Not everything needs recording.

Some things are better when you just experience them properly.

💬 “It has been a complete game changer. Not only am I better organised but it is constantly saving me a huge amount of time.”

That’s the idea!

✨ Simpler systems.
✨ Less stress.
✨ More time back for the things that actually matter.

If the backend of your business feels messy or clunky right now, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗺𝘆 “g𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗱𝗼𝗴” 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲… 😆

I often take Loki with me when I go to pick my daughter up from clubs.

Back in February, when it was still dark, I remember saying to my husband:

“I’ll take Loki for protection.”

He found this absolutely hilarious.

Because this is a dog who is soft as anything.

He's far more likely to be scared of something than scare anyone else.

Not exactly your classic guard dog.

But having him there still made me feel safer.

Even though, realistically, he’s not about to leap into action and defend me from anything.

Sometimes it’s not about what something actually 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀.

It’s about how it makes you 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹.

A system that feels easy.
A setup that feels calm.
Something that feels clear instead of chaotic.

If something feels good to use, you’ll actually use it.

And if it feels clunky or stressful?
You’ll avoid it.

Even if it’s technically “better”.

What are you avoiding right now, not because it’s wrong, but because it doesn’t feel 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 to use?

A new platform feels like a fresh start.

But if you migrate your messy contacts, broken automations, and chaotic folders across, it'll feel exactly the same in three months.

Just with a bigger monthly bill.

Before anything moves, it needs auditing.
Your contacts need cleaning.
Your folders need structure.
Your assets need a decision — is this worth rebuilding, or do I leave it behind?

Migrating properly is not slower. It's smart.
