🔥 WHAT A DAY FOR THE AGP TEAM! 🔥

Yesterday was another seriously busy one for the AGP Services team, with everything from emergency breakdowns and leaks to commercial shower works, toilet repairs and boiler breakdowns.

We were out attending multiple leaks, getting them repaired quickly and efficiently, alongside toilet repairs including faulty inlet valves, flush valves and siphon valves. We also attended boiler breakdowns, getting boilers repaired and back up and running where possible.

One boiler breakdown highlighted exactly why leaks should never be left to deal with later. We found a leak which had unfortunately also caused damage to the boiler PCB, turning what could have potentially been a straightforward repair into a much bigger and more expensive job. If you have a leak — whether it’s a small drip or something more serious — get it dealt with quickly. Water and boilers don’t mix, and a small leak can quickly lead to ongoing damage and unnecessary expense.

Alongside the emergency and repair work, the team also completed shower enclosure panelling at a commercial premises, continuing to support both domestic and commercial customers.

🚨 MONDAY MORNING = FULL STEAM AHEAD 🚨

We’ve got a busy day ahead of us and plenty already lined up for the team.

🚿 Two shower areas are booked in to be shower panelled this morning at a commercial property.

🚨 We’ve also got a few emergency jobs that came through late last night to attend to, along with a good number of boiler services, landlord Gas Safety Certificates (CP12s) and several boiler repairs where we’ll be working to get customers’ heating back up and running safely.

🔧 WHEN DIY GOES WRONG… IT CAN GO TERRIBLY WRONG! 😂

Fair play to the customer for giving it a go! They started fitting their own kitchen tap this morning, which quickly turned into 3 hours of stress, a few leaks and even a stuck screwdriver! 😩

That’s when AGP Services were called in.

Our engineer attended, completed the tap replacement in around 20 minutes, checked all the connections and fully tested everything to make sure it was working correctly and leak-free.

The customer could finally relax, enjoy a well-deserved cup of tea ☕ and get back to enjoying their Sunday!

AGP Services — What a Few Weeks It’s Been! 🔧🔥

Wow… what a few weeks it’s been at AGP Services!

We’ve been a little quieter than usual on here due to a couple of technical issues behind the scenes, which thankfully have now been resolved. There have definitely been a few lessons learnt along the way — one of the biggest being that sometimes it’s better to put pen to paper rather than fingers to keyboards and phones! 😂

We genuinely want to thank all of our customers for your patience, understanding and continued support over the last few weeks. At times, things have been slower than usual, appointments have had to be moved and some works have taken longer to organise than we would have liked.

But honestly, we couldn’t ask for a better customer base. ❤️

We’d also like to thank the AGP team for pulling together, supporting each other and working hard to get everything back on track. It’s been a proper team effort, and we’re incredibly proud of how everyone has handled things.

And despite everything going on, AGP Services is busier than ever! 🚀

From boiler conversions and combi boiler swaps, to Gas Safety Checks, domestic and commercial plumbing, larger tenders and project work, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes.

We’re also gearing up for a big project starting in September, which is something we’re really looking forward to and will hopefully be able to share more about very soon. 👀
