Price rises!
After reading on my feed a number of people commenting on a subscription service going up be a very large amount, without any apparent value being added, it got me thinking more widely about how businesses handle price increases.
Annual price increases are the norm in some sectors but, I would be interested to here what my networks top tips are for handling these conversations with customers?
Mine would always be understand the value your service brings to that customer and be comfortable defending it.
