Day 1 of this fully custom made Mezzanine build for a client of ours ✅

Made so he has at least 4.35m to bottom of beams to allow his fully custom built waste lorry funnily enough 🤣

This Mezzaine is going to create an additional 2500sqft of storage for some pretty nice toys 👀 and with no additional costs to his business rates?

I know isn’t it great 👍🏻

As another recently purchased scheme is heading to planning anytime now… there is no time like the present to secure the next⏰

This time 3 front facing plots that we hope to work with the landowners on starting with an imminent parish council meeting where we shall present the scheme to gain that all important support from themselves and the local community✅

Fingers and toes are crossed for this one, in another prime location📍
