Just a few of our successes thet are either on site or are about to commence.

A new 65 bed care home in Maidstone will hit site later this year. A really complicated building will be a challenge going forward.

A new themed hotel and restaurant at Warwick Castle is due to start in September. Having 3 types of piles, timber shingled walls and roof, this will look spectacular when it opens for Halloween 2023.

Whaft Road is a civils package where we are on site completing the project as owners move in to the properties as they complete.

A new retail development in Nothwich has just completed and is looking incredible.

Lastly a project we started last year has hit site. A luxury home in the heart of Chester is having a 3 storey extension in it's grounds. A basement gym, bar and recreation area sits underneath a new kitchen diner and bedrooms on the upper floor.

The bridge that comes from Sweden turns into a tunnel under the sea and reappears in Denmark; both countries united by this wonderful work of Engineering.
It has a total length of 16 kilometers and connects Denmark with Sweden through the Øresund Strait. The Oresund Bridge was built in 2000 and allows the passage of cars (highway) and trains between Denmark and Sweden. Before its construction, all traffic between the two countries was carried out by ferry.

Our last post was all up in the air, this time we're underground. This scheme is a basement conversion that we're acting as contractors QS.

A new job we've started with a company in Altrincham. This tented structure is an existing bungalow which we have weather protected while the roof is removed and a new storey added.

We have capacity to take on more domestic projects either on wite or at estimating stage.

There's been a lot of talk about your experiences in the first year of lockdown as we've just passed the 1 year mark. For us we've thrived, in fact far better than we could have expected.

We understand that others haven't so for the last 12 months we've given heavily to charities both close our hearts and those close to our friends and colleagues.
