This customer came into us this morning with 3 dyson air machine , 1 showed an error , 2 had no power and a hopeful look that 3 broken machines could be made into 1 working machine , best not have my morning tea yet

Vorwerk vacuum cleaners known for there amazing build quality (german built ) and not avaible to purchace in the uk , no other local repair shops would look at it , and with a base model of this brand of machine costing €1300 /£1100. This customer really really wanted it repaired

The next post will show the motor has failed after 20, yes thats right 20 years of faithful service !!!!

New motor needs to be imported into the uk and sadly isnt cheap

Total job cost on this one is £95 which the customer has ok'd lets get this machine back up and running for another 20 years

Sad, mad and a little angry in hooverman land today😢

Customer booked in there machine 2 weeks ago , agreed to a quote and work was carried out , customer then has blanked all communication and now after finally speaking to them today , completely refused to pay :(

This is so unfair on so many levels , we work on such very very small margins (less that minimum wage !!!!) And for customers to do this is down right rude and disrespectful!

After speaking to other small business owners in the area (stanford le hope / corringham );, this is a recurring problem had with this specific person !
This lady has now been given a 7 day notice to pay and should payment not be made i will not keep it quiet the identity of the person !
This is not fair on us nor the other small business owners in the area !
Please dont do this to us , we are not a big chain store , this is a family run business.

99.9 % of our customers are amazing ( we love you all 🥰)
