Now you can obtain LIVE advice to any queries you may have inside the app through our real-time chat, which will be operational from 11 am to 1 pm.

To get LIVE help within GlassTrack simply activate the blue icon at the lower right corner of the screen. Outside the hours of 11 am to 1 pm, the chat will switch to a support email mode with ticketing support.

As the year draws to a close, join us in taking a look back at some of our highlights. From hitting an important milestone at our Scotland facility, to adding a new cutting-edge furnace, 2023 has been a big year for Clayton.

As well as making key improvements to logistics and updating GlassTrack, our order tracking software, we’ve improved our SmartGlass range, and made progress on our sustainability journey.

Our Bellshill facility in Scotland is one of six locations that enable us to deliver insulated glazing units quickly and efficiently. The 78,000 sq ft site, located north of the border, produces 12,000 glass units per week, specialising in windows and large aperture units.
