We are delighted that Sempai Lou has signed up with us for a year of advertising.

Want your child to develop SUPERHERO CONFIDENCE and COURAGE?

At our Hertfordshire children's martial arts club we encourage our children to express their confidence in many different ways and to build the courage to face life challenges.

We love the expressions on our children's faces when we ask them to shine their confidence, and for some it takes a little longer then others ๐Ÿ™‚

Each of our self defence classes take a step by step, child by child, approach to helping children prepare for the different challenges they will face in school and throughout their life.
With over 37 year's experience teaching children self defence in our local community, our aim is to guide each individual child to become strong and resilient young people.
