Weโ€™re half way through the week and itโ€™s the beghining of Augustโ€ฆ where did that time go?! ๐Ÿ˜ฑ

What has everybody got planned for the last month of summer?

Hubby & I are off next week, weโ€™re not going away just going to do a week of โ€œmini datesโ€ like going to the cinema, a BBQ (if the weather holds out ๐Ÿ™„) and a touristy day in London. Weโ€™re not going abroad this year as weโ€™ve got a big trip planned for next year ๐Ÿ™Šโœˆ๏ธ โ€ฆ eeek!

I cover all aspects of traditional PA duties and so if youโ€™re off on hol and needs some cover whilst you switch off, please feel free to give me a message

๐——๐—œ๐—— ๐—ฌ๐—ข๐—จ ๐—ž๐—ก๐—ข๐—ช it is estimated that around 20-30% of people with epilepsy is caused by stress related symptoms?!

๐Ÿ“I started having seizures back in 2019, over the years Iโ€™ve tried over 26 medications to try and reduce these, in the end I needed to ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ-๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜‚๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ factors in my life that could be contributing to my stressโ€ฆ

From this I was able to ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ the factors that were beneficial to my health and happiness.

๐Ÿ“It was a huge step for me and from the support of my Husband, I decided to pursue my dream of working for myself as a Virtual Assistant. Meaning, I could be at home on the days where I didnโ€™t feel 100% strong and still be able to do what I love ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

It highlighted to me the importance of being able to ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐˜ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ help!
