So as you may have guessed by now we are hoping to raise some money for the charity !
Tiny Tickers are an amazing charity working to try and increase awareness around heart defects in babies, and to improve detection rates.
My niece Daisy was born with multiple heath defects and it was only due to a test that Tiny Tickers were trying to get hospital to do on new born babies, that Daisy’s heart defects were picked up.
My niece drew this design. She wanted to draw something that I then put on our products. She chose a hoodie, a water bottle and a bag. She also chose the colour of the hoodie. And even modelled it too!
She could draw whatever she liked and serendipitously she drew on of my dogs Ruthie… And Hetiur is named after Ruthie! (Just mix the letters of her name round!) so I thought this was a lovely full circle.
With poppys permission I added “For Tiny Hearts” under her drawing to tie in the cause behind her design. That any we sell will go towards the amazing work Tiny Tickets do in helping future babies and their tiny hearts.
Poppy also wrote “Ruthie” as part of her drawing. So I took her “r” and placed it in a dog tag which I added. So the “R” you see in time on the dog tag was written by Poppy too!
P.s please be kind! As it’s the first time I’ve ever done this kind of video. And I was conscious of letting poppy naturally say whatever she wished. So it’s in its raw form.
P.ss I had to keep in one of the many times we got distracted during filming because well that’s us! But also because who we were distracted by happens to be really darn cute! (Thank you Nala!)
