Now his *much* younger wife needs to wait for the text... 😜

We are still working! James is doing his utmost to ensure everyone has lots of hot water for all this hand washing.

The family is practicing "extreme distancing" to minimise the risk to James, his customers and our vulnerable. Please be understanding that all this washing, wiping, showering and changing means small jobs can take a bit longer.

Please do your bit to ensure you aren't the unwitting carrier of the virus x

Morning all, James' phone is ringing off the hook today! He's out with the 4WD on, and trying to rescue everyone who calls.

Apparently, 99% of issues in this weather will be because your condensate is frozen - this is where normally condensate drips from the boiler through a pipe, but it is freezing and backing up, so the boiler switches itself off as a safety measure.

The youngest member of the team (nearly 3) was delighted to see that CBeebies is covering the importance of boilers and "Daddy's work"!

Maddie is preparing for a bath. She visits a reservoir to see where the water comes from.

We think a record has been set this week: a boiler that hasn't been serviced for "at least" 8 years. Needless to say, it was a BIG and very dirty job, but still covered by our 40% discount for new customers.

Lovely to be able to 'rescue' a lady in Weston, who had been calling another company with no joy. Little S popped along to supervise the work too 😀
