We were delighted to welcome back the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service's to STEP today. Stirling Green Watch and Alloa Green Watch joined us for another essential training session.

Through our partnership with SFRS, available areas across the park are being used to support breathing apparatus training, providing firefighters with realistic environments to develop and maintain these vital operational skills.

A special thank you to STEP Tenant Shade Plus for collaborating with STEP to produce bespoke masks for the crews to use, enhancing the value of these training exercises.

We're proud to play a small part in supporting our local emergency services and look forward to welcoming more crews to the site in the coming weeks.

Conflict in the workplace? Think opportunity, not obstacle.

When expectations shift, tensions can rise — but handled early, this is a chance to strengthen how people work together.

Mediation helps you:

• Protect relationships – rebuild trust and keep working relationships intact
• Save time and money – resolve issues quickly without costly formal routes
• Stay confidential – neutral, independent space for honest conversations
• Support culture – address issues early and boost long-term morale
• Stay flexible – sessions delivered face-to-face or virtually
• Access HR expertise – backed by ongoing, practical HR support to embed solutions

Conflict doesn’t have to disrupt your workplace. Managed well, it can improve it.
