I honestly can’t believe I’m writing this… 365 days ago I took the leap and launched Collaborate HR Consultancy.

💡 Year one hasn’t been easy. Until January things were slow, and there were plenty of moments of doubt. But since then, the business has grown in ways I never imagined.
