There are many Health & Safety companies and consultants offering a range of services out there and we have made it our mission to not only stand out and simplify the process - Assizt Portal.
Set up in 2020 by a team of industry professionals who recognised a gap in the market to offer affordable online solutions to Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) compliance for growing SME's and Micro Businesses.
Assizt is aimed at small to medium sized businesses and is made up of dedicated and experienced professionals, who specialize in all sectors from construction to the beauty industry and everything in between.
Our team of qualified consultants have over 60 years combined experience across a variety of sectors and are passionate about making SHE accessible to all.
As the market has evolved in 2020; especially given the significant additional burdens placed on businesses with regards to COVID-19, businesses require a different approach to the standard offering in the market. That's where we come in.
The portal provides our customers with everything they need to ensure compliance to Health, Safety & Facilities Management. Our aim is to provide Affordable Software to small businesses throughout the UK.
You no longer need to set hours aside to do your risk assessments, simply select from our library of pre-filled industry specific RAs that have all been completed by an experienced H&S Consultant. On selecting your category, the RA will automatically be personalised with your company name and logo and stored on the portal, date stamped and ready to download when you need it.
We also have a library of COSHH Assessments. Again, the same as above, just select your industry and browse through the 100s of data sheets to find the relevant information for the products that your business uses. It's that simple.
Do your employees, or even you, need specific training? You could use your 25 FREE training credits (1 training course = 1 credit) to ensure everyone is compliant. From generic courses like manual handling and first aid, to more industry specific advanced training. All our training is CPD Accredited and is tracked and managed through your dedicated Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure your training remains current.
All our modules consist of a short learning aid with an assessment and bespoke certificate to demonstrate understanding.
You can throw out that old accident book. The Assizt Portal has a specific tab to log all accidents and incidents. The forms are already there, you simply need to fill in the information when prompted, upload an image (if necessary) and all of your H&S will always be in one place.
You can configure Assizt to suit your organisation or industry needs. Drop down list menus, template library and searches can be updated, whenever you need to. Assizt combines the clarity you need with the agility you demand. Create an archive of supporting evidence, attaching photos, documents, and statements, collated automatically by Assizt's job management structure. Date and time-stamped, every action on Assizt builds an audit trail.
