Premium protection. Smarter packaging.

Our production team recently helped a health supplement brand rethink its labels.

Previously, its premium matt-finish labels needed an additional plastic outer wrap to protect them on the shelf. Using our Digicon finishing press, we developed a smarter solution: an additional gloss top layer for protection.

The result? The durability the product needed, the premium appearance the brand wanted and no need for the extra outer plastic wrap. Less unnecessary plastic. No compromise on quality or shelf appeal.

What happens after the labels have been printed?

The master roll moves from our Domino press to the finishing machine, where the labels are cut, checked and rewound into individual rolls ready to be applied to the final product.

From print to finished product, quality matters at every stage.

A new arrival at Vista Labels 👀

Our new digital Braille machine has officially made its way onto the production floor and in its new home!

This investment is about more than adding another piece of equipment. It’s about continuing to invest in our capabilities and, most importantly, the service we can offer our customers.

With greater capacity and flexibility for Braille label production, we’re excited to see what it can do.

Next up: training!
