Looking for a few people who might like some support…

Some of you know that I’ve been training as a Transformational Life Coach with Animas. It’s been a deep, rewarding process, and I’m now at the stage where I’m awaiting final confirmation of my certification.

To keep developing my skills and meet the standards set by the ICF (the international coaching body), I’m looking for a few more people to coach for free as part of my continued practice.

I work with women over 40 who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure about their next step whether it’s work, life, confidence, energy, or something that’s hard to put your finger on. You don’t need a big goal just a willingness to show up and explore what’s going on for you.

A few kind people have already helped me by being coached – thank you so much if that’s you. I’m incredibly grateful.

I’ll be starting additional training in ADHD coaching in September, so I’m not qualified in that area just yet but if you're neurodivergent and curious about coaching, you’re very welcome to reach out.

Hello again, internet!
Yes, I know. It's been a bit quiet here. Not because I vanished into a puff of admin smoke, but because I've been... well, moving house. Twice. Because once clearly wasn’t chaotic enough.

Between juggling boxes and hunting for plug sockets, I’ve also been training as an ADHD coach with the brilliant Gold Mind Academy. It’s been a journey full of lightbulb moments, tea, and the occasional identity crisis involving highlighters.
That said, I haven’t been sitting around doing nothing. Behind the scenes, I’ve been quietly working away on systems, techy things, and marvellous stuff for my clients. But social media? Not so much.

So here I am, re-emerging like a biscuit from the bottom of the tin, a little bit crumbly, but still full of goodness.

Little Fish VA is back in the water and ready to help coaches and neurodivergent entrepreneurs who want less faff and more flow in their business.
