As an Estate Agent he has managed a branch for a major corporate. The branch had not made profit in 5 years and working with the team that was already there he took the branch into profit within 9 months. He bought in

to a single office Agency which was situated into within a town of 7 agents through a balance of teamwork, leadership and embracing new Technology, took the office from 5th in the town to 1st (Based on “Board Count”). Most recently he has run a branch network of 11 offices for a large North West independent agency where he worked through a complete company restructure. The restructure looked at redefining roles and responsibilities for all customer facing staff based on the most important part of our business: The Customer Journey. As a manager of a team there is always an element of training and coaching involved. However, acting as an associate for a training consultancy his biggest achievement came with the Contact Centre environment within the Banking and Insurance sector. Nigel Stephens works with individuals, teams and organisations, within the Estate Agency world, that want (or in some cases need) to put people first. The products and services range form 1-2-1 coaching through to motivational speaking but will all have one thing at its centre:
