We never put a new embroidery design straight onto the final order.
Every design is test stitched at least once before production begins—and if we aren’t satisfied, we edit the digitised file and test it again.
For this Symmetry Recruitment logo, the first run was used to check how the digitised file stitched. The thread colours were temporary at that stage.
We then matched the thread colours to the supplied artwork, reviewed the result and continued refining the file until the embroidery looked right.
Only then did we proceed with the final garment.
Test. Review. Edit. Repeat if necessary.
It takes more time, but it reduces mistakes and produces a better finished result.
