We have been busy at Buddies today…
• We have entered into Brocksbushes scarecrow competition so lots of hay has been purchased. Everyone in our day centre is going to help us create our masterpiece 😂
• Card making for all our Buddies & we have added little quotes inside to brighten their day.
• We made a sponge cake 🍰

What we have been getting up to…
* Another visit to Kielder with another service user (what are the chances lol) this time to visit the Osprey live camera ☺️ beautiful walk around.
* Lovely walk to Warden church
* Buddy decided to take over the phone calls for us for the day 🐶
* We organised all our PPE….all tidy again!
* Takeaway Fridays are a must in the office🤣 Balls fish & chip shop was today’s choice🍴

Lovely few days @ Buddies
- We have decorated for the World Cup featuring our handmade bunting made from everyone in our day centre 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
- Trip to Mickley Garden Centre with one of our service users 🌺
- Trip to Prudhoe Castle (Free entry first Sunday of each month) 🏰
- Lovely trip to the Derwent reservoir ☀️

What we have been up to at Buddies.
- One of our Buddies took a service user for a cuppa at Stocksfield Golf Club ⛳️
- Another enjoyed a game of bowling at Wentworth in Hexham 🎳
- Our Day centre enjoyed a chicken dinner and homemade rice pudding yesterday from our lovely Sheila(please excuse how much jam we put on for ourselves 🤣)

It’s been a World Cup themed day today… getting ready for our window display. We have asked everyone in the day centre to help us complete all 48 flags for our bunting! A well deserved Tuna melt panini with potatoes skins & salad for lunch 🥪
