Lots of older houses have a very small hatch over an upstairs landing cupboard. Not a problem for Loft Solutions. We relocated the new wooden FAKRO loft ladder into a spare bedroom with minimal mess, then installed some raised loft boarding. This was all completed in 6 hours.

Interesting one today, with a very low pitched roof we managed to create a sturdy raised floor with added insulation the customer provided for us on the day. I particularly enjoyed getting the wooden ladder in just the right spot on the landing ceiling. The ceiling joists we’re badly out of square and had twisted quite a lot over time, but after 18 years it’s still rewarding getting it just right. 😁
