✨ Tees Active is excited to bring back its Schools Ice Skating Initiative for a second year!

Running from September 2026 to May 2027, the programme will provide thousands of secondary school and collage students from Stockton-on-Tees with free access to Billingham Forum Ice Arena's Friday Night Disco sessions.

Each week, one local school will receive up to 200 complimentary tickets, creating opportunities to reward success, encourage attendance and give students a fun, active experience outside the classroom.

Our Active Wellness Programme returns this September.

Designed specifically for people with lived experience of cancer, the programme offers a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can enjoy gentle physical activity, improve wellbeing, and connect with others.

One of the activities available is our popular chair-based yoga session, providing gentle movement, stretching and relaxation in a friendly and inclusive setting.

The programme restarts at Thornaby Pavilion on 14 September, and we'd love to welcome new participants.
