Inclusive events like this showcase the power of organisations working together to create meaningful, memorable experiences for our community, while boosting physical activity and supporting mental wellbeing.💙

This year's event brought together more than 120 residents from many care homes from across the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees with participants taking part in a wide range of accessible and inclusive activities, demonstrating that age is no barrier to staying active and engaged😆🙌
