We’re proud to have successfully delivered this project for RelyOn UK

As Principal Contractor, we managed the site and worked closely with Create Architecture Ltd to design, supply, and install external cladding, aluminium curtain walling, windows, and doors across the external façade.

Using our approved supply chain register, Midas appointed specialist subcontractors to deliver a comprehensive internal refurbishment.

The scope of works included:
- M&E and fire strategy planning
- Demolition and steelwork
- Electrical, joinery, and general building works
- Plastering, flooring, and decoration
- Suspended ceilings, doors, windows & curtain walling
- Cladding and spray coating

This project showcases Midas Cladding’s capability to provide a full refurbishment package, from planning through to completion - all under one roof.

Yesterday Rebecca and Seanine had the pleasure of attending a cake decorating workshop with Hill Cross Furniture.🎀

It was a fantastic afternoon spent with the team from Hill Cross, connecting with new faces across the industry, and picking up some new skills along the way.

I think we can all agree that Seanine could be a strong contender for The Great British Bake Off after that impressive creation! 🍰🎂

A huge thank you to Hill Cross Furniture for the invitation, and to Michaela at The Four Letter Baker for hosting such an enjoyable event at the beautiful Serve Studio in Northallerton.

Create delivered the Stage 05 Construction Issue cladding design and scheduling for a 500 m² refurbishment project, transforming a former Toys“R”Us store with the introduction of a new, contemporary entrance façade.

The scheme incorporated Euroclad Rainspan and Kingspan Dri-Design cladding systems, complemented by PPC aluminium cappings and flashings, resulting in a cohesive and modernised appearance that enhances the building’s presence while ensuring durability and performance.

We worked alongside Midas cladding on this project.

Congratulations Dylan! 🎉🎖️

The winner of The Create Office Bake Off 2026 has been announced 🍰

Dylan scored highest overall with his sticky toffee pudding with Seanine getting top marks for taste with her homemade pizzas, Richard winning in the technicality category for his cheesecake and Rebecca scoring highest for appearance, for her millionaire's shortbread cake 🍕🍰🍫

We’re incredibly proud that Dylan was shortlisted for Student of the Year, a significant achievement for both him and our team.
