Bradley Stokes began his NHS career in 2010 – working as a domestic assistant at The James Cook University Hospital. Since then, he has worked in various roles across both James Cook and North Tees, working his way up the career ladder.
Now, facilities service lead here at NTH Solutions, he oversees daily operations for portering, domestic and transport services across two of our hospital sites.
Bradley said: "What I love most about my role is that every day is different. Managing our porters, transport and domestic teams gives me the opportunity to work with people of all ages and backgrounds, meet new people, and help keep hospital services running smoothly.
"It's rewarding to see the impact these teams have on patient care, often behind the scenes. From creating a clean environment to supporting patients throughout their hospital stay, they play a crucial role in delivering the best possible experience."
