The Negative Review: Im currently trying to avoid social media and have been for weeks. Firstly on a personal development front and secondly on a determined focus on my business as we change to a new dynamic, but I have got to interject my sabbatical to post about a recent negative review. I love it when we are given these opportunities. As businesses we often fear the prospect of losing customers to negative feedback. When in fact we should use it to improve our services and promote our value.

Client requested a quote but only provided a 4second video of a hole with bees entering exiting the building. When asked for further information and given a path to providing a quote insisted on us providing a cost. We weren’t able to help and we tried to explain this. Perhaps we did this poorly but we did not want the client to be misled.

So we continue to push the boundaries and improve ourselves year on year, and 2025 has kicked off to a great start, applying to be accredited members of the NPTA and completing our audit with flying colours making us I believe, the only stand alone accredited honey bee removals specialist on the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) accredited list.
