The programme that we have been honoured to support has changed this year substantially, and without warning or clear prior communication to learners, their families, learning providers, job coach organisations or prospective employers.

It is with deep sadness that we share that our Job Coaching service and Skills for Work provision are closing, and that job coaching closures begin today.
Recent changes to government funding impacting job coach support element of the Supported Internship programme means that the model has shifted in ways that just does not make sense.

For the young people that this programme was created to empower, it simply isn’t enough.

These changes make the programme unsustainable for providers and, more importantly, unfair for the learners who rely on consistent, specialist support to thrive in the workplace.

The Supported Internship model was designed to open doors, build confidence, and create long term employment pathways. Employer engagement was increasing based on support model of The programme marketed.

Reducing time, support, and stability risks closing those doors for good.

We are proud of every young person we have worked with.
They deserve a system that invests in their potential.
Not one that limits it.

If you believe in a future workforce that includes everyone, we urgently need your voice.
Parliament is currently gathering evidence on the Access to Work scheme, and this is a crucial moment to speak up for the young people who will be most affected.

We need to share some news.
news we never wanted to write.

Due to national funding changes within the Supported Internship programme, we have made the incredibly difficult decision to close the Job Coaching function of our business.
This is not a reflection of the work, the impact, or the people who have poured their hearts into our mission. It is simply the reality of a funding landscape that no longer allows us to continue in the way our young people deserve.

We are heartbroken.
But we are also proud and deeply grateful for what we have achieved.

To our team (past and present), thank you.
Your dedication, compassion, and belief in every young person who walked through our doors has changed lives.
The professionalism and grace you have shown throughout this transition, despite the personal impact, speaks volumes about who you are.

To the students, families, schools, employers, and partners: thank you for trusting us.
Together, we created opportunities, opened doors, and proved what is possible when inclusion is not just talked about, but lived.
The difference we made together is real. It will continue to ripple outward in every young person who gained confidence, skills, friendships, and a sense of belonging. That legacy doesn’t end here.

While this chapter is closing, the values we championed; equity, opportunity, and belief in every individual, will continue to guide us and the people who have been part of this journey.
