Absolutely fantastic initiative taking place in The Potteries Centre tomorrow, free to join in! The Potteries Centre are set to be hosting these monthly with St Johns Ambulance.

If you're heading along to Comic Con this weekend, St John Ambulance will be here at The Potteries Centre to host their 'Save a Life September' workshop, where you can learn life-saving first aid skills.

Ay Up Town, here's some good news for your Friday 🙌

These young people from YMCA North Staffordshire have been out since 11am this morning cleaning up the City Centre for an Autumn litter pick 🧹🫧🗑

They've all worked so incredibly hard with our Environmental Officer, Al, coordinating them across various areas such as Bethesda Gardens, to Brunswick Street.

AND 30 bags of rubbish have been cleared so far - it was more than 50 back in 2024 from the first collection...what incredible scenes.

A huge thank you must go to these young people for volunteering their time to help make a difference in and out of the City Centre 👏✨️

100 Years, 100 Faces - 1 Year Later 💯✨

This time last year, we unveiled our biggest commissioned project to date...a mural beautifully created by Alastair Barnett and Rob Fenton to showcase the incredible stories of the city's past, present and future.

Here's just a few highlights of what's happened since then:

🏆The mural project won the People Engagement Scheme award at the very first National BID Awards.

🥊Jazmin Sawyers, Nathan Heaney and Nello are amongst some of the real faces paid a visit and shared to their audiences.
🎸Slash shared the mural on his Instagram account, boasting 4.9 million followers

📖 A long anticipated accompanying book is set to be published for 2026.

It has been extremely rewarding to see this project gain so much appreciation from people in and outside of Stoke-on-Trent, making all the long hours of work and planning worth it. We extend our thanks to all the incredible people who made the mural happen, Choreographed Chaos, PH Production Services Ltd Regent Theatre and Victoria Hall and Circus In A Box for making the unveiling event so memorable.

The Big Halloween Street Party is returning...with new spooky tricks and even more treats 👀👻

On the 31st October, the City Centre will be spellbound with music, roaming street entertainers from and , trick-or-treating, carnival - style games for all ages and the beloved costume parade and competition. 🧛🧟‍♀️

Plus, we are thrilled to announced our brand new Potteries Poltergeist Window Trail; a way for little ghouls to explore the city's heritage for the chance to win city centre prizes, brought to life by the brilliant

THEY'RE BACK! We were delighted to be given a behind the scenes look at this year's epic pantomime at Regent Theatre - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs! A classic story with spectacular twist, the brilliant duo of Jonathan Wilkes and Kai Owen return to the stunning Regent Theatre for another festive season of comedy, song, dance, fabulous costumes and stunning scenery.
