📢 We're Hiring: Bookkeeping & Payroll Administrator (Part-Time)
Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a varied role where your skills and contribution genuinely make a difference?
VA Business Services is looking for a confident and organised Bookkeeping & Payroll Administrator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with potential for the role to become permanent.
📍 Stokesley
⏰ 2–3 days per week
💷 £28,000 FTE (pro rata)
This is a hands-on role for someone with proven bookkeeping experience who can confidently manage client accounts, payroll processing, pensions, VAT support, and general business administration.
We're particularly keen to hear from candidates who:
✅ Have at least 2 years' commercial bookkeeping experience
✅ Are confident using accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
✅ Have payroll experience
✅ Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
✅ Enjoy being part of a friendly, supportive team
