Perseverance paid off!

Sometimes you just need a little bit of “gentle persuasion” to get the job done 😂

This heater on a Samsung washer had failed & physically broken within the machine meaning it was lodged good & proper!

Fear not I have a trusty tool given to me by a lovely lady recently when the van broke down ❤️

I wasn’t quite sure if ever use it on an appliance but how it proved me wrong today & was the difference between a scrap machine & economical repair

What a day…..

Still love it though 😜

Some of the jobs completed this week that I’ve remembered to take photos of 😂🥴

•Beko oven with a main oven element replacement
•LG washer, only 3 months old, completely blocked from a rubber bath mat that had been washed & disintegrated
•Neff integrated microwave oven have a new magnetron fitted. These are an expensive bit of kit so repair is the sensible choice & this customer had a bank of 3 matching ovens so would have been around £3k to replace all 3. The internals on the microwave side are Panasonic of which I used to carry out a lot of under warranty repairs. Knowledge & experience is key with these.

Some of the repairs on the diary of late 👨‍🔧

Neff slide & hide side rail replacements (quite a complicated door system a lot of engineers don’t like to tackle)

Exquisite Falcon range requiring a new door lock & striker pin

Old but gold Rangemaster requiring a new main oven element

Lastly a Hotpoint vented dryer requiring manufacture specific tooling to fit a new drive belt

Bosch washing machine with error E36-10 - not draining
New drain pump supplied & fitted as the old one had failed

Few more years left in this oven. Supplied & fitted upper & lower heating elements making it far cheaper to repair than replace. Happy customer ☺️
