We had a very enjoyable "coffee and cake" meet up at Tinkley Gate this morning. Including a walk with wildlife pointed out by Anna Creed and some interesting yoga moves on the way. Downward Dog ( or as the sign says Fox) and Tree pose on tree logs - inspired by Tanya De Leersnyder !

Our August meeting is usually held in a different location. Despite the first rain for months this was highly successful and encouraged ideas about looking at life and business in a different way!

Join us for our August meeting at Woodchester! Meet at the Tinkley Gate car park (GL10 3UH) at 10 am.

We will be looking for wildlife as well as enjoying conversations on our way to the cafe at Woodchester...which is open on Thursdays in August. Buy your chosen beverage but the cakes are provided courtesy of SBN!

Come to the SBN Coffee Catch Up on Thursday 13th August. To be honest you might want to choose a cool drink rather than coffee as we are apparently going into the hottest heatwave of this hot summer! But you can be sure the welcome will be warm whatever drink you choose!
We meet at the Curio Lounge in Stroud and you order your own drink so you can choose exactly what you feel like. You can order downstairs (breakfast, anyone?) or at the table upstairs via a QR code. We are there from 9.30 - 11.00 am.
This is a relaxed way to connect with local businesswomen, and have a good conversation. Guests are welcome, so we hope to see you even if you are not a member of SBN. #

We all learned hacks for ways to save time on Excel at our meeting yesterday - including a really quick way to enter the day's date! Alison Pollecutt had lots of other tips which , as she said were " hiding in plain sight".

Alison Woodham gave the member 'shoutout' and showed examples of her photography which helps businesses get more of the right visibility.

There was a raffle for a free session with Alison which was won by a third Alison ..Alison Tarbuck !
